If you order online, shipping is calculated on the total weight of the purchase, so you will find that the system automatically adds up the weight of every item in the order and calculates the appropriate shipping options and costs.

Fast

Most orders qualify for our Express Mainland service, with delivery the next working day from despatch. Our preferred courier is DHL, as we have found that they are fast and reliable. For most mainland UK addresses, internet orders over £75 qualify for free next-day shipping.

Secure

All shipments are fully insured so you can shop with piece of mind. If the worst does happen, we can replaced items damaged in shipping.

Free

There is also the free-of-charge option to collect from our shop at The Lubricant Store, Bicester Heritage.

International Shipping Notice

As of 21/12/2020 we have temporarily suspended international shipping pending clarification of the UK border situation. Unfortunately this includes Northern Ireland for the time being.

Metal Containers – Shipping Limitations

Shipping liquids is difficult and risky but we pack all orders with great care, using a double packing technique and including hand-holds for the courier to make it less likely the box is dropped or put upside down during transit. Unfortunately, despite these provisions there is a risk of cosmetic damage to metal containers, which by their nature are more vulnerable than poly containers. The only safe way to completely avoid this risk is to collect metal containers either from our our store or next show.

Regional Limitations

Please note that normal shipping charges, including free shipping, quoted on the site are for British mainland, non-Highland/Island/Northern Ireland destinations. The Highland & Island shipping option must be selected for the postcodes and areas listed below; orders sent via this option will have an extended transit time of 48 – 72 hours.
