Caterham 21: The difficulties in productionising a new model.

As Scramblers’ official lubricant partner, Motor Spirit’s MD (and Caterham 21 owner) Guy Lachlan caught up with former Caterham Technical Director Jez Coates at Bicester Heritage’s June Scramblers meet. A morning centred around Italian and convertible cars featured 9 Caterham 21s. This was the perfect opportunity to reflect on the difficulties Caterham faced leading up to 1994, and what that could mean for their new Electric Project V.
