Castrol GP50

Description

Castrol GP 50 is a traditional, mineral based low detergent SAE 50 monograde engine oil which offers excellent high temperature performance, excellent noise suppression and a very high level of engine wear protection.

GP 50 is suitable for applications requiring an oil of high viscosity and relatively low performance level such as older (vintage) engines and some motorcycles where an API SB performance level is required.  Ideally suited to pre-1950 performance cars and pre 1970 motorcycles.
