Description
In order for Evans Waterless Coolant to work properly, there must be less than 3% water remaining in the cooling system. To accomplish this on engines which have been running with conventional water/anti-freeze mixtures, Prep fluid can be used to actively remove water from the system.
To use, the system is half-filled with Prep Fluid and then the engine is run until the thermostat opens and normal operating temperature is reached. Continue to idle system for up to 30 minutes. The Evans Prep Fluid can then be drained and disposed of properly.
